CFLC Receives Grants for Three Research Projects under Fujian Social Science Program

Three FLC faculty members have been announced as recipients of grants under the Fujian Social Science Program for their proposed research projects.

 

Associate Professor Xiang Yiqian has won a grant for her proposed research project of “Criticism of Biographies of Jean-Paul Sartre”. Assistant Professor Li Wenjinhas won a grant for his proposed research project of “Revisiting the Influence of Francesco Petrarca’s Writing Style on Spanish Literature”. And Postdoctoral Fellow Wu Luchenhas won a grant for her proposed project of “Research of Cultural Memory of Contemporary Irish Novels”.

 

The Fujian Social Science Program is the third most prestigious research grant program in the humanities and social sciences after the National Social Science Program and the Ministry of Education Social Science Program. Under these programs, grants are awarded to support high qualityresearch projects or other scholarly activities.

 

These grants encourage and promote CFLC’sresearch and publication, strengthening its academic reputation and ensuring a quality education for students.
